I can empathize with you so much! The other day I was playing Dark Souls: Remastered and complaing out loud about how annoying and generally not-fun it is. My partner stopped me and said, "you should play a different game, you're clearly not having a good time." They were right. I was forcing myself to play it because of all the critical acclaim it has.

That said, I don't think it's a bad game—just a bad game for me.
